Pam Lovell, Other healthcare professional

You need to reach out to people at the right time with the right message. If they are hit with irrelevant messages, they lose interest and block you out. You need to become part of their healthcare journey. This is not difficult to do with the correct technology. Pharmacy has to start to look at how people communicate, how we want to be communicated to and how that makes us happy as consumers. This is my job so I know this from experience.
