Boots do have a generous bonus scheme and clearly it was supported by the majority of colleagues within the company. It should more than give an equitable alternative across the board even after factoring previous Sunday rates.

Wish all the luck to PDA, and and as soon as judgement is entered for breach of contract, refer the matter to GPHC, to adjudicate on the same principle as Mr Ominji was dealt with recently.

Yes good look to PDA and as Navin says, if appropriate refer matter to the council to consider.
