NPA supports Men’s Health Week Hannah Flynn The NPA is supporting Men’s Health Week to help raise awareness of why men should visit their local pharmacy for health advice. The week runs until June 20 and the NPA has made resources available for members on its website. Resources available for download include a men’s health poster and a cancer survival guide. The NPA said it is supporting this initiative as there is a large scope for getting more men into community pharmacy. A spokesperson for the NPA said: “Men, especially those in the working population have difficulties engaging with primary health services, but community pharmacists are relatively accessible health care professionals.”
