Pharmacy business sales market picks up The market for sales of pharmacy businesses is picking up, according to pharmacy finance company Pharmacy Partners, which said it has seen a “record start” to 2010, with clients with strong businesses looking to acquire pharmacy businesses. Pharmacy Partners has also funded 100-hour pharmacies and been involved in refinancing deals and funding shop refits, according to director of business development Andy Harwood. The comments came as Pharmacy Partners announced its move to a larger office at 69 Park Lane, Croydon. Mr Harwood said: “This is a positive time for pharmacy owners who are using our services. They are experiencing significant growth through acquisitions and offering new services.” “The Pharmacy Partners business has grown rapidly in the last 12 months in particular, and we have had a record start to 2010,” he added. The new telephone number for Pharmacy Partners is 020 8603 2900. |
