The Pharmacy Support Staff Training Programme is a package of  FREE training resources for medicines counter staff from McNeil Products Ltd. The modules cover key OTC areas such as Children's Health, Allergy, Smoking, Winter Health, Customer Service and Travel Health. The newest module, published in February 2010, is foot care.
