Each module comes with a short online assessment and a CPD log sheet on successful completion. The CPD log sheet can be used as the basis for an entry in your CPD record at uptodate.org.uk.

Sign Up and buy the course you want to study below, read the modules then go to My CPD to complete the assessment.
How will I benefit?
CPD toolkit provides short on-line courses of two to six modules with a linked assessment for each module. Pass each module and you will be able to download a CPD log sheet that will help you complete your official ‘Plan and Record' CPD record.
