Are we focussing on lunch breaks because nearly half of pharmacists are being pressured into breaking the law by working 6, 7, 8, or 9+ hour shifts without at least the statutory minimum of a 20 minute rest break and often without even provision of a seat on which to rest. This coupled with concerns over compromised patient care is a tragedy waiting to happen.
