The pharmacy youtube is actually inspired. It would have to be within a enclosed environment but with simple videos describing how best to take (eg Alendronic acid) and use meds (how to use inhalers, addicts - how to use needles).

Some sort of sensible bit.ly links with the condition/medication at the end and it could really work. It's the type of thing that could be used for all English speaking countries too (licensing £££).
