PSNC's Sue Sharpe on negotiating funding

Oh so we should be grateful that the PSNC managed to secure £500 million of purchase profit 6 years ago and not just £300 million even though the number of 100 hour pharmacies has risen no end since then diminishing our returns beyond belief!
