Luckily being healthy is a simple case of balancing eating habits against the amount of exercise you do. Personally, I'm not the best I could be with eating habits - I'm a sore sucker for pasties. But then again, I do compete and teach at national level Taekwondo for fun. That's my personal balance.

I'd like to see more ways for people to access clubs / sports / gyms. Have you seen the price of membership these days? And unless you are pretty strong-willed, the incentive to go is rather tedious at best. Considering that awareness of our health is at an all-time high, instead of prescribing Oristat ~ simply prescribe a gym membership.

Unnatural Chemicals vs. Natural Excercise. My humble opinion anyway.
