If you think that's bad look on ebay for inhalers. I saw 4 seretide 250 accuhalers going for £10 not long ago (which I reported to the MHRA and they just ignored me). I just looked again and there's 6 clenils for sale.

How about EVERYBODY paying for every item on a prescription (like in mainland Europe) and then maybe people won't order what they don't need (and get free anyway) so they flog it on! I've too seen it on ebay. Oh, yeah, and pump some cash into the failing NHS as well...not sure how Wales and Scotland can give it all away for nothing!

Perhaps the Scots and Welsh are paying tax on the income they get from flogging their free excess medicines on ebay, so their devolved governments are okay with that practice! ;-)

For what it's worth, it is the duty of the Local Authority trading standards officers to police the sales of GSLs and other OTC medicines at boot sales/informal markets. It is in fact illegal to sell them at all unless they are in the manufacturer's original unopened packs and from premises which can be closed so as to exclude the public - i.e. proper shops NOT market stalls. However you have got to catch them first. The local market supervisor should also be controlling the activities at these events. If you care to, then make a formal complaint to Trading Standards with chapter and verse of when, where and what.
