I agree with Martin. The RPS is best placed to represent all sectors of the profession and more importantly pharmacists NOT the owners and employers.

However the RPS will only have the respect of other professional bodies if it can demonstrate engagement with a large percentage of the pharmacist population. I would urge pharmacists who have left the society to rethink their decision as the profession is stronger if we stick together.
