Pharmacy cannot be "everything to everybody," but if we are not careful we will end up be "nothing to nobody."

Many pharmacies have no cleaning regime and they are dirty and sometimes even smelly.
I absolutely agree that keeping the Pharmacy clean and tidy is very important.

I agree. Still pharmacy only does this because of cash flow difficulties - finances are uncertain and inspite of all the good developments, some businesses are going to become insolvent.

nice vision, access to finance this vision is the key.
Who does it really matter to, what state a pharmacy is in, provided patient safety is the primary goal? If the patients continue to use it then it is acceptable its only the peers or other middle class people imposing their predjuiced views of standards.
There are amazing services being provided by pharmacies out there. The economics of these services are somewaht suspect and the pcts are not exactly jumping in to expand these services are they?
Pharmacy needs to convince a lot of people that they are not just a drug cost containment operation
