Good breakdown of the different treatments available. Interesting to see again that products which have good PR are allowed approval without pharmacokinetics fully being known.

The passive smoking misnomer is still being championed strongly by ASH. In the article above C&D write the following;

"Passive smoking is breathing in smoke from a smoker or cigarette tip (which contains more of the harmful chemicals as it has not been filtered)"

This is referenced to an article from the largest of the anti-smoking lobbiests ASH.
In their report they themselves mention the following;

"SHS is a mixture of air-diluted ‘sidestream’ smoke from the burning tip of a
cigarette, and the exhaled ‘mainstream’ smoke exhaled by the smoker"

It would be interesting to see what kind of dilution the average reader assumes that second hand smoke (SHS) acheives compared to that of inhaled smoke. The average filter efficiency on a cigarette is approximately 50% so for SHS to be mroe harmful than inhaled smoke it would have to at least half the concentration of inhaled smoke. Even an airport smoking lounge of old would not find this level of SHS.

Was just informed that the 2011 modules finished at 1597 and the 2012 modules commenced from module 1598 hence the reason why if one has not enrolled for 2012 will not have excess to the 5 min test exam for modules 1598 onwards.Also for 2011 modules you will have excess to the test exam l believe upto 14th Feb 2012.
This SIMPLE explanation should help all with above issues.
