This article is A1 and could not have come at a better time. I am certainly going to consider the option of a staff notice board. Am also exploring the possibility of gift vouchers, although that does involve financial costs.
Surprisingly I have found that not all staff react the same way towards the option of 'further' development through external bodies. Most did react positive, however one or two showed little or no interest. I do think that the challenge here is to gentle 'push' them out of their comfort zone.
