Since the PSNC are paid for by contractors and supposedly represent contractors, maybe someone from the PSNC could stand up and explain 'exactly what' the PSNC are asking for in these 'detailed discussions' and also why the PSNC agreed to the bizarre banding structure in the first place?
NMS will continue to 'save' money for the DH as long as the pricing structure remains as it does
