The danger with these new services is that funding could easily be cut or withdrawn at sometime in the near future. If you have taken on more staff to cope with the increased work you would then be placed in a difficult position. I fear Xrayser is correct in saying that NMS is likely to be "another task squeezed into the day".

I understand what Xrayser is really trying to say, but...comments on what he has actually said.
1. he has not trained any other staff to do the jobs.
2. Putting away stock is a 'fit between job',
3. he not really trained his staff when it is appropiate to ask questions, not shout from the back 'Oi..... ', I taught my children that long ago.
4. send reps away at 9.10 in the morning, come back at 11.30 when morning surgery has closed, or make appt, as he suggests patients do for services.
5. he really does know not his customers if they ask for cough medicine every week, and his staff have not informed him!

so...change the system
