Ensuring pre-reg success
Answer

I do agree prereg students shouldnt be seen as an extra pair of hands but this does happen every where and the saddest part is that management is involved in this and they all know whats happening yet its so easy for them to say rather then implement.
Learning through working is a greatest experience one can have but unfortunately for the most prereges it becomes a depressive battle field!

Unfortunately, pre-regs are seen as an extra pair of hands and are used to cover holidays and sickness. They are also sent to other branches to cover. The needs of the pre-reg are important, but the needs of the business are greater.
