I would like to see the GPhC have clear definitions on what they mean by "pharmacy" for instance, as there are non-pharmacies offering pharmacy services. These are services made from charity organisations where they are not registered as pharmacies.
I would also like to see a clear definition of a "pharmacy technician" and the difference between an ACT made clear. There are jobs advertised for dispensing technicians and I think this is misleading if they are not registered with the GPhC
