THE SENTENCE IS TOO SHORT.SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST 10 YEARS AND THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD HAVE STRIPPED THE TWO OF ALL CASH AND BELONGINGS.THIS IS A SERIOUS CRIME COMMITTED ON THE PUBLIC HEALTH.
