I agree with Mr Govani's comment with regards to the distance-selling exemption. I think you may find Big-Pharma want to keep this exemption as it will enable them in the future, once EPS R2 is up and running, to offer to supply medicines direct-to-patient! DTP (direct-to-pharmacy) was only a stepping-stone to the next scenario IMHO. If you think I am wrong, why have GSK a registered pharmacy? Check out the GPhC website registrations if you don't believe me.
