The MHRA and the DoH could quite easily hire somebody like Mr Reissner to advise them on the robust amendments to the law that are required to properly protect pharmacists.

If the have not yet hired pharmacy legal experts then the question remains, why not?

If they already have hired people like him, then the conclusion is far more sinister. Why are there still major holes in their amendments?

so is an ACT has dispensed a product, the Pharmacist still ends up in court??
