Both LPCs within Lancashire have experienced widespread support for the NMS and MUR service. We have had numerous engagements with colleagues from pharmacy contractors, LMCs, CCGs and with secondary care. The general feedback has been positive and constructive. There has been good progress, but there is still much more we can do. There are plenty of opportunities for collaborative working and both services are very pertinent to the current climate of medicines optimisation within the NHS.
