Expensive!!! I guess the people that can afford the service will be of a certain social standing and the ones that would possibly benefit would not spend the money and therefore miss out.

Yes, as Inma says, it's certainly innovative, but as Iqbal also points out, it's innovation at a cost. As it's a deal that's exclusive to Lloyds, I wonder whether pharmacists at independents or other multiples feel a bit annoyed that they won't be able to sell it? Or is it not much of a concern, given that it's quite pricey and therefore might not have a huge uptake?

This will only catch on if 1) it is available from all pharmacies & dispensing doctors and 2) if it is free. It may be a small point but I am sure there is a statistic that tells us the drop in compliance with the addition of every extra "medication" - will the addition of this not in itself affect compliance. If your compliance is sufficient to make this work properly, then surely you are not the person it is aimed at.
