Merck Serono to provide free Pliazon cream to mCRC patients

Drug manufacturer Merck Serono has announced that it will provide its Pliazon cream for skin reactions to all UK patients undergoing anti-EGFR antibody treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).

Pliazon® is a regenerating, moisturising and normalising cream that forms a protective barrier on the skin which shields the skin from external factors that may cause damage. The treatment is available via an order form that is available by emailing CSC.uk@merckserono.net
