When are these labour/ socialist people going to realize the economic environment has changed and everything needs to be driven by price and not soley quality.

Where, the likes of Mr Soni flourished under a Cash fueled labour health policy, things are very different now. Let's bring in more cost effective private providers to get us out of the mess we are in. When are these people going to realize you cant have your cake and eat it. As it stands today the NHS is unsustainable. Bring on cost driven health models and value based pricing. Get rid of cash draining quangos. Health inequalities are not ideal but I fear this is exactly what we have to expect going forward.

What a fantasy, they are only few pharmacy companies that can afford develop an implement these services. Reality it will be contracted out to the large usual government favoured business consultants, who in turn will sub contract out to other organistions who in turn might commission pharmacy and then we (CP) will wish for the good old days of the PCT. So even more work for less money folks.. it can only be pharmacy.
