Hemant Patel is quite rightl to a point going forward in the new NHS will require more than just cost effectivenes but embracing the whole QIPP agenda which required quality and innovation not just cost effectiveness.

my qustion is why?
CP already works hard in driving down the drug bill with little or no recognition.
Until rewards follow then my question remains why?
