Best just stick to the rules about dispensing, errors happen but don't compound it by doing dodgy stuff. Life is difficult enough why make it harder? Silly man.

I think fair enough if he was struck off for intentionally giving expired medication to patient and intentionally switching branded products for generics. However I don't think its fair to struck the pharmacist for dispensing error because we all make mistakes stuff like this will would fail to inspire much confidence in the rest of us. Lets face it does a doctor care if he makes a prescribing mistake no because we always manage to cover their mistake. Its about time pharmacist have a more leniency on dispensing error!
