Well a bit of a dilemma while DH wants £20Bn in cuts by 2015, PCTs will be defunct by Oct 2012. Tough talk but meaningless political clap trap and it will be the GPs from April 2012 taking the flack from patients, patient groups and the politicians.

Politicians are not daft CCGs will be a rod for the backs of GPs when they overspend their budgets politicians can lay the blame away from them. Watch this space sorry not enough money Mr Smith for that hip op, that cataract op....
