Omega Pharma has launched its Dermalex range of skincare treatments in independent pharmacies.

The full range of treatments for mild to moderate rosacea, psoriasis and eczema – which have been available from selected multiple pharmacies for two years – could be bought in independent pharmacies from this month, Omega Pharma said.

The launch is being supported by a £1.5 million investment in press and TV adverts – the largest amount the company had spent in the pharmacy market ever, it said.

The money would also fund training sessions for pharmacy teams, it said.

Prices range from £11.99 for a 30g pack of Dermalex Eczema Repair Cream to £29.99 for a 150g pack of Dermalex Psoriasis.
