Number of services = total number of enhanced pharmacy services commissioned by PCT; MURs per capita = number of MURs carried out per head of PCT population; EHC max fee = the maximum fee paid to a pharmacy per EHC intervention, including where appropriate consultation fee, drug supply fee and any other fees; Chlamydia uptake rate = percentage of pharmacies providing commissioned chlamydia service out of total number of pharmacies in PCT; Minor ailments spend = total PCT spend on minor ailments services commissioned from pharmacies
