RULES OF ENTRY

All entry forms and support material must be received no later than Friday February 26, 2010. If you are unable to use the online entry form you can use the printed form and post entries to:

There is no limit to the number of categories a company or organisation can enter, but an entry form must be submitted for each entry. The same entry cannot be used for more than one category.

Entries which do not detail requested metrics will NOT be short listed.

Entries should relate to activities conducted between 1 January 2009, and 31 December 2009. Preparatory work may have been conducted earlier than 1 January 2009, but only results achieved in 2009 will be taken into consideration by the judges.

Winners of the 2009 C+D Awards cannot re-enter the category they won in 2009. They are free to enter any other category.

No financial information will be published but it does form an essential part of the judging process.

We are unable to return any supporting material provided; you may wish to send copies rather than the original documentation.

No employee of either UBM Medica or any persons related to them are entitled to enter.

Sponsors and their families cannot enter the category they sponsor.

Once an individual, company or organisation is announced as a finalist, the company cannot withdraw from the competition

All entries are treated in the strictest confidence. Judges sign a confidentiality agreement and sensitive entry information is not published. Non-sensitive information may be published as part of C+D's awards coverage in print, online, at the awards event and in any promotional material. We are unable to return any entries and you may wish to send copies rather than original documents.

Winners and finalists of the Awards will have access to pictures and the Award logo to use in promotional material and marketing collateral if required. This must clearly state the category and year in which they were successful.

Judges cannot personally enter the category that they are judging.

Judges receive one free ticket to the C+D Awards (also see below).

Shortlisted entrants will only receive one free ticket to the C+D Awards ceremony on June 9, 2010, even if they are shortlisted multiple times or act as judges in other categories.

The winners will be revealed and presented with their trophies at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 9 June, 2010, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
