Benchmark is a training course for dispensing assistants, accredited by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. It comprises five modules, and is assessed by online multiple choice questions and exercises designed to relate learning to practice.

Counterpart is a training course for medicine counter assistants, accredited by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. It comprises 14 modules to train staff to deal with patient queries in key areas, such as coughs and colds, healthy lifestyles and allergies.
