Training for Pharmacy Support Staff

 

The Pharmacy Support Staff Training Programme is a package of  FREE training resources for medicines counter staff from McNeil Products Ltd. The modules cover key OTC areas such as Children's Health, Allergy, Winter Health, Migraine, Travel Health, Digestive Health and Customer Service.

New modules this year include Hair Loss (February 2011),  Stop Smoking (March 2011) and Children's Health (September 2011).

Look out for more new and updated modules during the 2011. New modules are delivered to youir pharmacy with Over the Counter magazine - or you can download your own copy by clicking on the links below.

To sign up, simply e-mail us with your details.

You will be sent a PIN that gives you access to a phone assessment service. Read the module, answer the questions, phone your answers through. For each module you complete you will get a certificate for your training folder.
