Charlotte Wareham, Lloydspharmacy, Grayshott 

Charlotte has risen from sales assistant, dispenser, store supervisor to stand in manager in a short six years. Charlotte works independently to update her knowledge of Lloydspharmacy’s products, learn how to improve customer service, and train her colleagues on new services Lloydspharmacy offers. 
Charlotte is a kind and compassionate individual who displays holistic and patient-centred care each day she turns up to work. She is an outstanding employee and is a pillar of the community.


Daniel Rudkin, Village Pharmacy Group, Cosby 

Daniel thrives to ensure he puts his patients’ needs first. He delivers exceptional person-centred customer service and dedicates his efforts to build a good rapport with all patients, interacting with them on social media platforms and ensuring the team gets to know them on a first-name basis and chats with them when they come in. He thrives to ensure each patient Village Pharmacy Group Cosby cares for receives the most personalised service wherever possible.

Ella Amor, Lewis Pharmacy   

Ella is a pharmacy student at Bath University who has excellent communication skills in the pharmacy assistant role and who has shown remarkable development of her abilities in Lewis Pharmacy this summer. Her commitment and calm in adversity has enabled a continuity of service for Lewis Pharmacy, which has been affected by increasing Devon-wide COVID-19 cases in the holiday season. Ella has been an excellent role model for pharmacy assistants in communicating with cancer patients for the ‘Let's Communicate Cancer’ e-learning series.


Esther Hield, Well Pharmacy

Esther joined Well Pharmacy last year as a customer care advisor with no pharmacy background, and quickly showed her passion and committment. She has demonstrated resilience, excellent teamwork and good customer service, gaining herself recognition from senior management and other Well pharmacies in the business within the short space of time that she has been employed. Her contributions to new projects and services have widespread positive impact to customers across England and to other healthcare professionals in the business.

Har-Saivak Singh, Smarta Healthcare 

Har-Saivak Singh is student who joined the Smarta Healthcare team as a dispensing assistant in March 2020 to help ease the burden on the staff during the pandemic. During an incredibly busy time, he showed an incredible work ethic and maturity beyond his young years. From contacting patients, to helping manage the vaccination schedules, to establishing a strong link with local organisation, the Tibbs Dementia Foundation, he delivered above and beyond, all while studying for his A-levels.

Kate Morgan, Worlingham Pharmacy, Suffolk 

Since 2019 when Kate became a health champion, she has totally embraced the challenge of supporting customers with information and fantastic campaigns to open their minds to possibilities of self-care. This was evident as lockdown hit, when Kate made sure all pharmacy posters were kept up to date with the almost daily change in messaging from the government. She also listened to patients and customers to make sure they were being signposted to the most appropriate places for help and support. 

Lilly-May Eggleden, Lloydspharmacy 

Lilly has truly gone above and beyond in her role as dispenser and trainee pharmacy technician during her time with Lloydspharmacy, but more so over the challenging COVID-19 period. Her excellent clinical skills and customer service always puts the patient at the heart of her interventions. She has supported many other branches in the area, taking on roles such as dispensary management, safer care lead, training new starters on OTCs, safeguarding champion, and implementation lead for new computer systems.

Mary Firth, Lloydspharmacy, Doncaster 

Mary celebrated 40 years with Lloydspharmacy earlier this year, which is an outstanding achievement and she still provides 110% customer service to all her patients to this day. Mary displays all of the company values, she always goes the extra mile for her customers and colleagues and nothing is ever too much trouble. Mary really is an asset to Lloydspharmacy and is greatly valued by all that have the pleasure of knowing her. Every pharmacy needs a Mary!
