Clinical consultation and assessment skills training, RPS, RCGP and CPPE

Education saves lives. The RCGP/RPS and CPPE NHS CPCS programmes have improved the confidence and clinical skills of around a third of community pharmacists in England, reaching almost 6,500 pharmacists. The health bodies’ ambition is to reach all community pharmacists. With nearly 90% of learners reporting more confidence using clinical skills developed during their workshops, the programme is improving the clinical care of many thousands of patients through pharmacy. And that includes the life-saving early diagnosis of an MI.

Vaccination training, ECG Training

ECG is a market leader in vaccination training within community pharmacy. Never before has the team been faced with the country being in lockdown AND thousands of people needing to be trained (face-to-face) to give COVID-19 vaccinations. Through blood, sweat and tears they did it! They trained thousands, provided nurses and paramedics to support vaccine hubs, recruited, sorted contracts, put vaccinators through payroll – ECG Training has stood up to the challenge and even runs its own vaccine hub to lead the way.
