Grace Fowler comes in to the pharmacy, more or less dragging her husband Patrick behind her.
“Tell him he is being ridiculous and needs to see the doctor,” she implores.
“It’s nothing!” replies Patrick, lifting his handkerchief to his mouth as he starts to cough.
You notice that Patrick looks paler than usual, and ask him to sit on a chair near the counter, which he does wincingly, muttering that his chest feels a bit tight.
As you sit down next to him, you see that he has beads of sweat on his forehead. After taking his pulse, you realise he has a racing heartbeat. You also spot some blood on his handkerchief.
What advice should you provide?
