On April 1, the commissioning system in England underwent a radical overhaul. The old structure based on primary care trusts (PCTs) was swept away and replaced by an array of new local and national bodies.
To take advantage of the opportunities available in this brave new world, pharmacists need to get to grips with their role in the commissioning landscape and avoid drowning in a sea of NHS acronyms.
Take our quiz to see how much you really understand about the new system. Can you tell your CCGs from your CSUs? Or are you still confusing NHS England with Public Health England?
