For every great pharmacist, there's an equally excellent technician. With an eye for detail, an ability to multitask and a willingness to go the extra mile, the winner of this award will make everything tick in his or her pharmacy.
What judges want to know
Whether you have improved safety or efficiency in the dispensing process, taken on delivery of clinical services or management responsibilities, or mentored colleagues, your entry should demonstrate what you've achieved, how you did it, and the measures of success.
The role of technicians is rapidly expanding and this is your chance to show how you are making a difference to your patients.
In no more than 300 words per question, please answer the following:
• What have you done to deserve this award and why?
• What impact have you had on your patients?
• What impact have you had on your pharmacy?
• How have you improved your and your pharmacy's links with other healthcare professionals?

4 Clearly written entries with supporting facts and figures will score highly with judges.
5 The entry questions are designed to give the judges the information they need to mark your entry, so the more detailed information you can give, the easier it is for the judges to see what you've done and mark your entry.
Please include evidence in your answers, citing figures/data/metrics wherever possible, for example: how many patients were eligible for the initiative, how many patients your initiative served, how many patients were referred to another healthcare service, how much customer awareness was raised, how much footfall/turnover/related sales/prescription volume increased by, what targets were met/exceeded.
