Revalidation: listen to an example of a peer discussion

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has introduced peer discussions into the revalidation process to provide pharmacists with an opportunity to engage with others in their reflection on learning and practice. The regulator hopes that these discussions will reduce the potential for professional isolation, as well as provide an opportunity to develop new ideas that you can bring back to your practice to benefit people using your services.

Thinking through what to talk about in advance of your discussion can be helpful for both you and your peer. Revalidation requirements do not require you to disclose in detail what you discussed with your peer – you only need to describe the suggestions and changes you decided to implement in your practice
