Last week, I posed a question: should we bring back the pharmacist's white coat?
I gave several reasons why I believe this time-honoured piece of uniform deserves a comeback, and then I took to social media to lead the revolution, armed with the hashtag #WhiteCoat.
So how did it go? Although some people supported my cause – even posting their white coat selfies – others were staunchly opposed to the idea.
In an effort to get a better sense of whether the white coat should return to the high street, I teamed up with the anonymous author of the legendary Dull Pharmacy Tweets to get some 'scientific' data on whether I was barking up the wrong tree.
