Almus Pharmaceuticals has added eight lines to its generics range as part of an expansion designed to "better meet the needs of customers and patients".

The new lines include: 30-tablet packs of buspirone 5mg and 10mg; a 28-tablet pack of co-fluampicil 250mg; a 30-tablet pack of fluoxetine 60mg capsules; 56-tablet packs of hydralazine 25mg and 50mg; nystatin suspension 30ml, and a four-tablet pack of risedronate 35mg.

Almus said it "led the way" in safety with its product packaging, which includes colour contrasts and tablet illustrations to differentiate its products. The company confirmed the ranges were available for pharmacists to order now.
