Following two years at the five-star Celtic Manor resort in Wales, the eleventh annual awards will take place at the glamorous Intercontinental hotel on Park Lane on July 4.

Entries are now open for all 12 categories – which include the return of the Pharmacy Design Award and Online Initiative of the Year, alongside favourites such as Community Pharmacist of the Year and Pharmacy Team of the Year.

Entries close on February 16, with the shortlist to be announced on the C+D website in early April.

C+D editor James Waldron said: "After two successful years at the Celtic Manor – including this year's spectacular tenth anniversary – it was important to listen to readers who said they were ready for the Awards to return to London.

Just minutes from landmarks such as Marble Arch and Buckingham Palace, the Intercontinental is the perfect venue for our return to the capital."

"The calibre of entrants was incredibly high this year," Mr Waldron added, "so I can't wait to see the entries for the C+D Awards 2018."
