The ceremony will take place on July 12, 2017. For the second year, it will be held at five-star golf resort The Celtic Manor, set in the Welsh countryside.

Community pharmacists and pharmacy teams have until February 17 to submit their entries – which include new categories: the Pharmacy Design Award and Online Initiative of the Year. The shortlist will be announced on the C+D website on April 7.
