Difflam is teaming up with television presenter and vocal coach Carrie Grant to launch a website raising awareness of sore throats and their treatment.

The brand's website will include top tips from the vocal coach on keeping your voice healthy and ensuring your sore throat "doesn't stop the daily routine", and is set to launch early this month.

Difflam said it hoped the website would "encourage sore throat sufferers to look after their throats and preserve their voices", as well as informing consumers about treatment.

And it stressed that, in a survey commissioned by the brand this year, a third of sore throat sufferers named pharmacists as their first choice for advice.

Difflam Spray offers "anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anaesthetic relief" for mouth and throat pain. A 30ml bottle retails at £6.99.
