Further recall of Fybogel sachets
Reckitt Benckiser UK is recalling further batches of its Fybogel sachets over fears they could contain metal particles
Reckitt Benckiser UK is recalling further batches of its Fybogel sachets over fears they could contain metal particles.
Pharmacists should quarantine selected batches of Fybogel Hi-Fibre and Fybogel Orange (see below) and return them to the original supplier for credit, the MHRA said today (June 19). It follows a similar recall in March for batches of the sachets, which are used to aid gastric motility.
Medical queries should be directed to Reckitt Benckiser's medical information department on 0500 455 456, while stock enquiries should be directed to 01753 506 950.
