The Acnecide range for treating mild to moderate acne already includes wash-off gel in 50g packs, as well as leave-on gel in 30g and 60g sizes.

All the Acnecide products absorb excess oil and keep skin hydrated, while containing 5% benzoyl peroxide to “kill acne-causing bacteria”, Galderma said.

The wash-off products can be used twice a day. Users should wash the affected area with water before applying the gel for 1-2 minutes, then rinsing and drying their skin, the manufacturer said.
