Goldshield Pharmaceuticals is recalling a batch of Venaxx XL 75mg prolonged-release capsules because the patient information leaflet is missing from packs.

The affected batch is batch number 0100524 which has an expiry date of February 2014. Pharmacists should quarantine any remaining stock from this batch and return it to the original wholesaler, the MHRA said in a statement released yesterday. Wholesalers were asked to return stock from this batch to Movianto.
