The “pharmacy strength” spray contains the active ingredients 0.5mg/ml xylometazoline hydrochloride and 0.6mg/ml ipratropium bromide, which GSK brand manager Christie Matthews said “helps relieve nasal cold symptoms fast”.

The product can be used by administering one puff in each nostril, up to three times a day, with at least six hours between doses.
