GSK launches Nicotinell smoking cessation campaign
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has launched a marketing campaign to help young smokers cut down or quit with its Nicotinell brand.
The New Year, New You campaign – which will run throughout 2020 – will target a younger audience through digital adverts.
These adverts will have tips on the first stages of quitting, managing cravings and avoiding relapse triggers, GSK said.
The campaign also includes shelf displays to help pharmacies promote Nicotinell products.
“We see a large proportion of smokers choosing January to start or continue their journey to being a non-smoker,” GSK said.
“Our Nicotinell campaign is designed to drive brand awareness and educate customers about the range of smoking cessation options available to them.”
